My player wont start when I press the power button. (Or my player shows the boot screen for 1 second and then shuts down)

Possible Causes:
a. The player has been disconnected during data transfer with a PC and has crashed.

b. If the player has been left for a long time without playing, the battery may have worn down to such a level that the player cannot boot.

Answers:
a. First, make sure the player is properly charged by connecting it to the USB cable and to the USB port of your computer. Leave it for at least 30 minutes to charge to make sure there is enough power to boot the player.

b. Disconnect the player from USB, and press the reset button (by gently inserting a paperclip into the 'reset' hole of the device)

c. If (b) does not work, then connect the player to the USB and, while connected, press the reset button (by gently inserting a paperclip into the 'reset' hole of the device). This will hard boot the player.
